How to book Refresh and Renew?
You can book online, or contact me directly if you can't find a session time to suit you. I usually suggest one session every two weeks. Extra sessions are available at an additional cost. You will be given a few tasks to practice at the end of each session and I may suggest resources that might be helpful. WhatsApp and email support available between sessions.

SUPPORT FOR...
Your Child's Needs
Your child has gone through the biggest transition of their life by starting school, and everything has changed. Let's make sure we have all the bases covered and they are getting everything they need to feel supported, appreciated, loved, and fulfilled.

SUPPORT FOR...
Tantrums & Meltdowns
Tantrums and meltdowns are pretty common until the age of seven (as are a pair of wet pants in a bag at the end of the school day!). Let's talk about how to handle big feelings, how to prevent them, and how to reflect on them with your child.

SUPPORT FOR...
Social Skills & Finding that Play Mojo
Some children find it easier to make friends than others, and some need a little more help. We take Friendship 101! Similarly, does your child struggle to play independently? Equally, do you feel like a reluctant playmate? Let's find that missing mojo (for both you and your child)!

RECOMMENDED!
Observation session with Isobel
An observation session can be added at an additional cost - I will come and meet you and your child in person if you feel this would be helpful. Let's have a chat and a coffee in a relaxed environment. (Dependant on availability and location.)

SUPPORT FOR...
Boundaries, Teamwork & Parental Preference
Children are epic at creating a pecking order or hierarchy in the house, and parents often fall into a good cop, bad cop routine. Does your family work as a team or a hierarchy? Who is at the top? Let's promote positive and effective teamwork for toddler parents.
SUPPORT FOR...
Emerging Self-Regulation Skills
Does your child struggle with mood swings and big feelings? Of course they do, they're a child - they haven't fully mastered this skill yet. Let's discuss how to share positive life skills to manage their emotions effectively.

SUPPORT FOR...
Independence & Autonomy
Self-esteem, sense of self, independence and autonomy are all linked to behaviour and your relationship with your child. Let's make sure we are giving your child everything they need to thrive.
